The ETT Marines are normally a Two man Unit embedded with a ANA unit to help teach, train and utilize skills on the battlefield. The Marines work to teach the ANA proper training, exercises, mission planning and basic skills. They build terrain maps, go over mission planning and help with shooting skills. They help teach first aid and basic patrolling skills. They provide the ANA units with the essentials needed for actual combat as well as confidence in what they are doing.
